ABOUT US

Alternatives for Development and Participatory Training (ADAPT) strives to enrich the lives of its clients by: creating and directing active, engaging and meaningful learning environments; and implementing strategies and programs to help them enhance their performance productivity. 

For more than 15 years, ADAPT has been working with national and international organizations on projects related to personal enrichment, development of leadership skills, enhancing legislative skills and parliamentary procedures, teaching competence, and client service excellence. 

Its main areas of practice include:

Developing need-based training curricula and designing effective next generation instructional tools and methodologies to enhance and sustain the process of learning and sharing;

Imparting unparalleled trainings at different venues or at clients’ premises that provide participants the opportunity to explore and enhance their skills in areas that positively impact their personal and professional lives;
